Reviewing/Processing Orders
What Happens When a Purchase is Made?
When someone completes a purchase, a notification is sent to the email address(es) that were configured in the E-Commerce Settings.
Orders can be reviewed under E-Commerce -> Orders. Remember that only someone granted the role of E-Commerce Manager can access this area.
When looking at the list of orders, you can either view details or edit the order. The same information is available in each view, it's just a matter of editing access. The E-Commerce Manager can either use the data from an order to fulfill the order, or forward it to the person(s) responsible for doing so.
