FAQs

Setup/Management

To manage FAQs, navigate to Content -> FAQs. Click to edit an existing FAQ item, or click the Create FAQ button. 

Fields

  • Question: Text of the Qestion -- should not be overly long.
  • Answer: Detailed Answer to the Question above.
  • Categories: Assign to one or more categories to enable being displayed in News Teaser sections. 
  • Active: Not visible to the public unless marked Active.

Use

FAQs can be shown on any page using the FAQ section type. The categories are used to allow you to put specific FAQs onto pages where they are relevant. For example, you might have a category of Membership, with FAQs related to your membership process. You could then display only those FAQs on the Join page of your site. 

FAQs offer a good way of presenting targeted content on a specific topic, and can be very beneficial for SEO.
