Page Content Sections - FAQs Section

The FAQs Section displays FAQ items on a page as an expandable accordion — visitors click a question to reveal the answer. Only active FAQs assigned to the categories you select will appear.

Adding one to a page

  1. Make sure FAQ items exist and are assigned to the categories you plan to use.
  2. Open the page and add an FAQs Section in the content area.
  3. Enter a Section Title (internal only).
  4. Choose a Background Color (styles the FAQ blocks, not the full page background).
  5. Add a Headline if you want a visible heading above the list.
  6. Set the Headline Level if needed.
  7. Select one or more Categories (required).
  8. Make sure Active is on.
  9. Save.

How it displays

Questions appear in their saved drag-and-drop order from the FAQs list. Opening one answer closes the previously opened one. The output includes FAQ schema markup for search engines.

If you want introductory text above the FAQ list, add a Simple Text Section before this one.

Tips

  • Use focused categories so the page doesn't become overwhelming.
  • Write questions in the same language your members would use.
  • Keep answers clear and direct.
