Page Content Sections - Events Teasers (3) Section
The Events Teasers (3) Section shows up to three active events from selected categories as a compact row with a "View All Events" link. It works well on home pages and landing pages where you want a quick preview rather than the full event listing.
Adding one to a page
- Open the page and add an Events Teasers (3) section in the content area.
- Enter a Section Title (internal only).
- Choose a Background Color (applied to each teaser item).
- Choose Border Options — no border, thin, thick, or mixed thickness.
- Add a Headline (the section header also includes the "View All Events" link).
- Select one or more Categories (required).
- Make sure Active is on.
- Save.
How it displays
- Shows up to 3 matching events. If fewer match, it shows only those.
- Sorted by Start Date, earliest first.
- Each teaser shows the event name and formatted dates, linking to the full events page.
- Event details, images, and location aren't shown in the teaser layout.
- If no events match, the header and "View All Events" link still appear.
Tips
- Use a category like "Featured Events" for tighter control over which events appear.
- Keep activation and deactivation dates current so old events don't linger in the teaser row.
- Use matching styles with News Teasers or Promo Blocks for a consistent page design.
- For a full event listing, use the Events Section instead.
