Use E-Commerce in Site Settings to control whether your store is active and where order notifications are sent.

Where to find this page

  1. Go to Site Settings in the Club Management Portal.
  2. Open E-Commerce.
  3. Save your changes when you are done.

What this page includes

This page includes:

  • a Stripe connection status message
  • Store Active
  • E-Commerce Notification Emails

Helpful notes

  • Your club must be connected to Stripe before the store can be activated normally.
  • If Stripe is not connected, the page shows a clear status message.
  • Products do not appear on the public store until Stripe is connected.
  • E-Commerce Notification Emails accepts a comma-separated list of email addresses.
  • Turning Store Active off hides the store without removing your products or order history.

When to use this page

Use this page when you need to:

  • turn the store on or off
  • confirm whether Stripe is connected
  • change which inboxes receive new-order notices
