Reports

Reports lets you preview data on screen and export CSV files from the main record types in the Club Management Portal.

Available reports

Report Available to What it covers
Member Reports Admins, Member Managers, Report Managers Member lists with profile and custom field data
Application Reports Admins, Application Manager only Applicant activity across forms (intentionally restricted)
Form Reports Admins, Report Managers Submissions from custom forms
Pages Report Admins, Content Manager, Report Managers Page records and visibility setup
E-Commerce Reports Admins, E-Commerce Managers, Report Managers Order and product data

The common workflow

  1. Open the report from the admin menu.
  2. Apply filters to narrow the data.
  3. Choose which fields or columns to include (leave blank to export all available fields).
  4. Preview on screen or download a CSV.

Member Reports

Filter by membership type, roles, lapsed members, inactive members, standard profile fields, and report-enabled custom fields.

Application Reports

Filter by application form, status, email verification, date range, standard application fields, and report-enabled custom fields. More restricted than other reports because it contains applicant data.

Form Reports

Choose a specific form first — available fields load dynamically based on that form's questions. Includes standard submission fields (ID, spam status, date, member) plus payment fields when the form has payments enabled.

Pages Report

Filter by role-based page permissions, active status, in-menu status, and parent page. Includes role columns so you can see which roles have access to each page.

E-Commerce Reports

Choose between Orders Report and Products Report. Filter by product, date range, and selectable fields.

Tips

  • Start with the smallest filter set you need so the preview is manageable.
  • Use the preview step to confirm your columns before downloading.
  • Use Application Reports carefully — it includes applicant information.
