Logs

Logs gives you a read-only view of system-generated activity records in the Club Management Portal. It's useful for support and troubleshooting when you need context about what happened and when.

What Logs shows

Each log entry records:

  • Message — What happened
  • Log Type — Which area generated it
  • Member — The member account linked to the event (when available)
  • Date — When it happened

Log entries are created automatically by the system — you don't create them manually.

Log types

Type What it covers
user Member account activity
applications Application-related events
debug System diagnostic information
email Email sending activity
renewal Renewal processing activity

Finding what you need

  • Search by ID, log type, or message text.
  • Filter by Log Type to narrow down to a specific area.
  • Filter by Date to focus on a time window.
  • Open a record to see the full message and linked member account.

Tips

  • Start with Log Type when narrowing down a problem area.
  • Search by part of the message if you already know the event you're looking for.
  • Open the linked member account for more context about who triggered the event.
  • Use logs as supporting context alongside the related record — they're a helpful piece of the picture, not always the whole story.
