Logs
Logs gives you a read-only view of system-generated activity records in the Club Management Portal. It's useful for support and troubleshooting when you need context about what happened and when.
What Logs shows
Each log entry records:
- Message — What happened
- Log Type — Which area generated it
- Member — The member account linked to the event (when available)
- Date — When it happened
Log entries are created automatically by the system — you don't create them manually.

Finding what you need
- Search by ID, log type, or message text.
- Filter by Log Type to narrow down to a specific area.
- Filter by Date to focus on a time window.
- Open a record to see the full message and linked member account.
Tips
- Start with Log Type when narrowing down a problem area.
- Search by part of the message if you already know the event you're looking for.
- Open the linked member account for more context about who triggered the event.
- Use logs as supporting context alongside the related record — they're a helpful piece of the picture, not always the whole story.
