Logs
Use Logs to review system-generated activity records in the Club Management Portal.
What Logs is for
- reviewing activity messages written by the system
- filtering activity by log type or date
- checking which member account is linked to a logged event
- helping with support or troubleshooting when you need more context

Filtering and reviewing logs
The current resource lets you:
- search by ID, type, or message
- filter by Log Type
- filter by Date
- open a record to review the linked member account and full details
What Logs does not do
- It does not provide a manual Create workflow.
- It does not include bulk actions in the current resource.
- It does not guarantee the same level of detail for every entry, because the message depends on which part of the system created it.
Practical workflow tips
- Start with Log Type when you are narrowing down a problem area.
- Search by part of the message text if you already know the event you are trying to find.
- Open the linked member account when you need more context about who triggered the event.
- Use logs as supporting context alongside the related record, not as the only source of truth.
